Any item worth more than 500 will be shipped as signature required deliveries.

All lost packages must be reported as soon as possible.

Items must be shipped back within 2 weeks of receiving label.  All returns can be exchanged or refunded after the package has been received . We cannot issue a refund on a package that has not been received yet.
