All of our items are shipped from New York City on the same business day. We mostly ship our products via FEDEX or USPS. At the moment we do not offer international shipping however that is subject to change.

Any item worth more than 500 will be shipped as signature required deliveries.

All lost packages must be reported as soon as possible.

All purchases come with a 30 day return policy, For 30 days upon delivery you may request a free return. Items must be shipped back within 2 weeks of receiving label.  All returns can be exchanged or refunded after the package has been received . We cannot issue a refund on a package that has not been received yet.
